Your Hawk GK Battery GoKart has a controller behind the seat. When the controller/limiter is plugged-in, the GK Battery GoKart will go approximately 2 miles per hour.
Below is a picture showing the black and white wire which you would unplug in order to turn the limiter/controller off. By simply disconnecting this plug/wire you will gain speeds closer to 5 to 6 mph.
