How to install the drive belt for the Trailmaster MidXRX and MidXRS

Remove the plastic cover & install the belt on the engine clutch first. Then, set the belt at the top of the rear clutch and turn the clutch or the rear tires to rotate the belt into the rear clutch.

FYI:  The rear clutch is spring loaded which keeps it tight together. By installing the belt as stated above, the clutch will spread or come apart going against the spring pressure going against the clutch by turning either the clutch or the rear tires. It is easier to turn the tires as you will have more leverage. At the same time, you will need to help the belt stay in place as you turn it.
